Description
• Lead the development of video games from concept to release, ensuring the highest quality of gameplay and player experience. • Manage a team of 50 or more developers and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and deadlines. • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games. • Collaborate with the game design, art, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure that all aspects of the game development process are on track and aligned with the game's vision. • Work with external partners, such as platform holders and third-party service providers, to ensure successful game launches and ongoing support. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal development teams to ensure a smooth and efficient game development process. • Provide regular reports on project status, including identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a video game producer, with a proven track record of leading successful projects on multiple platforms and at least one shipped AAA title. • Experience leading teams of 50 people or more, with excellent leadership and management skills. • Experience working on games with a high complexity of tech and design, and a deep understanding of the game development process. • Strong knowledge of the video game industry, including market trends, player behavior, and emerging technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and resources effectively.
