Description
• Vidmob is seeking a People Operations Specialist focusing on recruiting & managing employee lifecycle. • Design and implement a robust onboarding program for new hires. • Coordinate benefits administration and maintain HR records. • Be the liaison between IT and the People team on onboarding/off-boarding.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and employee lifecycle management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to establish rapport and trust • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS (Rippling) and ATS (Ashby), Lattice and Culture Amp, strongly preferred • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Experience with HR analytics and reporting, preferred
