Description
• Vouch is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our Insurance Distribution team. • Focused on building technology solutions to streamline the process of getting insurance through Vouch. • Lead large projects, influence architectural choices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
• 6+ years of development experience • Experience architecting and delivering high-quality, reusable systems and applications • Experience writing production-level code as a full-stack engineer in TypeScript; Experience with Ruby is a plus • Experience in Postgres or another transactional, relational database system, as well as the ability to design schemas • Exceptional communication skills. You can effectively talk (and listen) to engineers, designers, product managers, executives, and other stakeholders • Understanding of software engineering best practices and concepts such as testing practices, code reviews, feature flags, etc.
