Description

• Lead all aspects of our operational expense accounting, including accruals, prepaid expense management, and payroll allocations • Be responsible for intercompany calculations and transfer pricing management • Manage payroll, tax, and long/short-term balance sheet reconciliations • Manage and review financial statement reporting during the month-end close for the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Flux analysis • Be responsible for close checklist management and consolidations review • Act as liaison between the Finance department and the Marketing, Payroll, Legal, and FP&A teams • Strategically implement control procedures and process efficiencies to streamline reporting data and financial accuracy • Assist with quarterly and annual financial audits • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Senior and Staff Accountants

Requirements

• Backed by 5+ years of relevant accounting experience • Must have public accounting experience • Experienced with managing team members • The proud owner of a Bachelor of Science in accounting or finance • A total Excel expert (keyboard shortcuts are your love language) • Super serious about your work (without taking yourself too seriously) • A highly collaborative and communicative team player, and a self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done • Positive, kind, and excited by a challenge • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
