• Lead acquisition through Paid Social & Display and Paid Search channels • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across online platforms • Manage and optimize PPC and paid social programs • Apply strategic analysis towards campaign performance • Track, analyze, and report on program performance • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across digital channels • Support budgeting and forecasting for media spend • Prioritize tasks effectively for business objectives • Maintain a flexible approach to shifting priorities
• 4+ years’ experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role focusing on performance marketing • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns or paid social advertising for an e-commerce company with strong ROI • Experience in Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like GA4, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel • Strong project management skills • Detail-oriented approaches with a commitment to brand consistency • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
