Description
• Lead new business for the ARW portfolio to achieve annual new business targets • Provide strategic direction and development for ARW’s portfolio • Identify new business opportunities aligned with Winrock’s mission • Manage new business pipeline tracking, forecasting, and analysis •Collaborate with technical staff and stakeholders to design project interventions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in international development, business, English or related field • At least 8 years of international development for Senior Manager, 9+ for Associate Director • Experience with USAID proposals required • Proven success in managing proposals and cooperative agreements preferred • Demonstrated leadership in proposal development for USAID and USDA proposals valued at $15 million or more
