Description

• Lead a team driving toward best-in-class platform architecture and modern practices • Support customer architecture deployment and customer integration with EMR/EHR software • Drive a vision to improve Regard’s architecture, SDLC, processes and platform services • Support the build out of a secure platform and engineering practices • Coach, manage, and develop DevOps and Platform Engineers • Run operational support for Regard’s infrastructure & platform teams • Grow a platform data & integration capability

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Devops engineering roles writing infrastructure as code, including SDLC, CI/CD and cloud ops • 3+ years of experience in public cloud provider technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, kubernetes, etc) • 2+ years of experience directly managing engineering ops / platform teams • Demonstrated proficiency in IaC technologies (Pulumi, Terraform, etc) • Strong containerization proficiency (kubernetes, docker) • Demonstrated experience with core engineering ops tooling across CI/CD, monitoring, etc (Gitlab / Github, ArgoCD, Datadog, Sentry) • Able to travel up to 6x/year for company co-working and/or retreat weeks
