• 0-2 Years of prior BDR/SDR experience • Desire to build a career in Sales, ultimately working towards Business Development Representative and Account Executive roles • A creative and customer-focused mindset • Excited about building a pipeline of prospective customers • Process and detail-oriented • Get the job done attitude • Hit and exceed sales targets • MUST be based in the West Coast • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
