• We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. • Rula is on a mission to make mental health care work for everyone. • This is an opportunity to be a member of our provider growth team as a Sales Development Representative. • We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are flexible with change and are excited to contribute to the evolution of the Rula Provider recruiting program. • Successful candidates in this role will have the opportunity to progress within our Provider Growth team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales or lead generation experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Drive for success and an ability to work through challenges with a positive attitude • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and transformation • Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can thrive managing their own time in a remote work environment • Comfortable working in PST timezone • While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in New York, California, or Washington for this particular SDR position
