Description
• Help generate short- and long-term roadmaps for Wonder Fulfillment. • Own product features in terms of feature definition, prioritization, testing and measuring impact. • Talk to users frequently to understand their pain points, and work with stakeholders. • Work collaboratively with engineers, other PMs and product designers. • Analyze data to generate user insights to assist in the prioritization and optimization of our products. • Lead software development team in agile scrum rituals. • Have a strong understanding of or interest in the last mile delivery and logistics space. • Minimal occasional domestic travel required to company sites.
Requirements
• 4+ years product management experience. • Preferably building products for operational users and a mix of user interfacing and backend products. • Very strong analytic and quantitative skills; proficient in SQL or Python. • Owned a roadmap and prioritized work for development teams. • Proven ability to own metrics and deliver measurable improvements to key metrics. • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
