• Support the CFO in financial strategy and planning • Manage accounting systems and internal controls • Ensure timely financial transactions and reports • Support risk management and compliance • Implement project management tools • Develop effective team management practices • Manage vendor relationships and optimize efficiencies • Assist with financial reporting and fundraising strategies
Requirements
• Passion for the Working Families Party mission • Proven financial management in non-profit organizations • High comfort with financial management technologies • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • Leadership and team management abilities • Strong customer service orientation • Effective communication skills with non-financial stakeholders • Expertise in implementing financial technologies systems • Experience/knowledge of political compliance • CPA or equivalent qualification • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
