Description

• Own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of Wunderkind's customers • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders • Communicate how Wunderkind drives revenue and what our competitive advantage is • Serve as customer advocate internally while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer success, account management or consulting • Demonstrated track record working in a rigorous, results-driven role • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics • Strong presentation skills • Excellent communication skills and EQ • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage
