Description

• Independently own and/or partner with a senior peer to own the relationship and ultimate success of a strategic segment of Wunderkind's customers • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors to fully understand your customer's business strategy • Communicate and continuously reinforce how Wunderkind drives revenue • Serve as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer success, account management or consulting • Demonstrated track record working in a rigorous, results-driven role that directly impacted the growth of a business • Excellent communication skills and EQ; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming push back and engaging in high touch client interaction • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships • In addition to strong storytelling and strategic problem solving skills, you are comfortable executing on technical projects with internal and external stakeholders
