Description

• Shape growth strategy as an early Account Manager at Zone & Co. • Drive revenue by retaining valued customers and expanding relationships. • Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within your Mid Market Book of Business. • Maintain and develop a healthy pipeline of forecasted opportunities. • Proactively pursue business development opportunities with existing clients. • Responsible for all commercial needs and escalations of your accounts. • Monitor account health and address any issues for client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of proven account management (and/or sales) experience. • Outbound/new business experience preferred. • Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Well versed in traditional methods of proactive account selling. • Creative Problem Solver & Strategic thinker. • Teamwork and Collaboration with cross-functional partners. • Strong business acumen & conflict resolution. • High technical aptitude and clear communication skills. • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is preferred.
