• Define and champion People-related strategies • Establish goals and success metrics for the People team • Act as a manager, thought partner, and mentor to the People team • Engage directly with company executives on People-related matters • Act as a conduit of information from across the business to the People team • Identify external resources to augment internal People resources

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience within the People function • 5+ years of People team leadership in a tech company • Subject-matter expertise in at least two of: Compensation, Employee Experience, People Business Partnership, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership • Knowledge of federal and New York employment laws • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual presentation skills • Analytical mind and empathetic manner to People-related functions
