Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for HR operations aligned with company objectives • Oversee implementation and maintenance of HR systems • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR operations and technology issues • Lead evaluation, implementation, optimization, and adoption of new technologies • Monitor effectiveness of HR operations and technology, making recommendations for improvement • Provide leadership in change management initiatives • Develop and manage the budget for HR operations and technology • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations • Act as plan administrator for company’s 401k plan • Manage the HR operations team • Manage key vendor relationships • Collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless integration

Requirements

• Passion and existing skillset of AI tools • A vision for Technology and Operations short and long term • High capacity and ability to juggle multiple priorities and take on new challenges • Self-starter with a bias for execution • Ability to analyze data and drive meaningful insights company-wide • A love of details • Experience working in Lattice and Workday • Fierce negotiation skills • Tenacity for learning, teaching, and transparency • Serious interest in having fun at work
