• Responsible for providing expert comprehensive guidance in day-to-day HR operations • Administer payroll and benefits programs • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives • Handle performance management and employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree • At least seven years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in Banking or Financial Services • Proven experience in employee engagement, employee relations and payroll administration • Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures • Recent experience using ADP Workforce Now • Working knowledge of employment law on a Federal level and New York State at a minimum • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaborative skills • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Expert in the use of HRIS and MS Office Suite applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
