Description

• The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Director of Development Business Intelligence and Reporting in the Development Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY. • This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month. • The ACLU’s passionate community of donors and activists is stronger than ever.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud-based constituent relationship management software and data warehouses, such as Salesforce, Redshift, Hightouch, and related platforms • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Experience managing large, complex implementation of CRM reporting tools • Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with data engineering • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment • Capacity to take initiative and work independently, as well collaboratively as part of a team • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including ability to positively influence and persuade, and to use listening, diplomacy, and tact to build internal relationships • Experience working at a national or international organization in constituent data management
