Description

• Develop and execute the business intelligence strategy. • Oversee and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting. • Oversee the collection, integration, and storage of large data sets from various sources. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes. • Create and manage reporting tools that provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders by identifying trends, patterns, and insights. • Manage the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring that data is organized efficiently for easy retrieval and analysis. • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. • Implement data quality controls and governance policies to maintain data integrity. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies. • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Coordinate closely with affiliated teams to align on shared goals, streamline workflows, and develop joint BI initiatives that enhance data insights and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • A master’s degree is a plus. • 7+ Years of Business Intelligence experience • 3+ years experience leading a team • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the finance or private market sector. • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) and data modeling techniques. • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of data professionals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
