Description

• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and align strategies with business objectives. • Own the relationship with marketing managers on measurement, goals, and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies. • Develop, maintain, and present marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on marketing performance and market trends. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for marketing campaigns, tests, channel launches, and customer acquisition analyses. • Explain complex analyses simply, challenging assumptions when necessary. • Regularly communicate marketing analytics to Executives, providing clear insights for strategic decision-making. • Utilize advanced analytics tools to segment audiences, forecast trends, and optimize marketing spend. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and B2B SaaS. • Manage a team of Marketing Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a global B2B SaaS environment. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. • Strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. • Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies for online and offline marketing channels. • Proven track record in using quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to drive marketing decisions. • High technical aptitude and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with experience in gathering, structuring, monitoring, and validating data to ensure integrity and hygiene. • Excellent multi-tasking, time, and project management skills, with the ability to plan in advance and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and understandable manner. • Independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude. • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
