• Meet sales objectives by dollar volume and profitability • Develop growth plans for sales and profits • Maintain appropriate sales pipeline • Work independently to grow sales at new customer locations • Present company services and value proposition to customers • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers • Qualify, probe, and uncover opportunities to deliver customer value • Coordinate with operations managers for business proposals • Develop and deliver effective proposals based on customer needs • Persuade decision makers of value in proposals • Manage customer satisfaction; resolve customer problems • Transition new customers for ongoing account maintenance • Prepare reports of sales activity in CRM • Estimate time and sales expenses • Analyze sales records, trends, and costs • Interpret accounts and trends to management • Serve as training resource for new sales employees

Requirements

• Successful completion of skill level for Sales Representatives • Proven track record of customer and territory management • Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize • Outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with others • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and have a good driving record • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry • Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
