Description

• Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies. • Lead, train, and mentor a sales/customer relationship team. • Manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs. • Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements. • Negotiate and close deals with large customers, expanding our client base. • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop customer retention strategies. • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients. • Work with Operations and Marketing on targeted drip campaigns, ensuring appropriate follow-up. • Participate in drafting compelling RFP responses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting. • Proven success in sales management and business development. • A natural leader with strong team-building and communication skills. • Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch. • Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, PipeDrive, etc.) and comfortable with data management. • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation abilities. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • An interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales and marketing efforts is a plus. • Experience in the vehicle rental industry is advantageous, but not required.
