• Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with Allara's patient-centric approach and drive engagement across various touchpoints • Create and manage targeted email campaigns, SMS communications, and other digital marketing initiatives • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and patient experience • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and improve patient retention • Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and emerging trends in healthcare marketing
• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data (experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for women's health and improving healthcare experience
