• Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google and Bing. • Build and manage complex E-commerce campaigns, including product feeds. • Set up and manage testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements. • Utilize feed management tools to maintain product feeds for campaigns. • Oversee media budget allocation for maximizing campaign effectiveness. • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights. • Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns for ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media efforts. • Advise clients on best practices and strategies in paid search. • Manage and mentor a team of paid search specialists. • Project manage complex campaign tasks for timely delivery. • Standardize processes for campaign execution and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a performance marketing agency or in-house digital marketing team. • 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in Google and Bing. • 5+ years of experience managing E-commerce clients, driving results. • 3+ years of experience managing a team of 1-3. • Strong experience with decentralized data sources and platforms. • Proven ability to prioritize and allocate resources to meet client expectations. • Exceptional project management skills. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Experience with enterprise-level clients in the E-commerce sector is preferred. • Knowledge of additional digital advertising platforms is a plus. • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
