• Generate proposal numbers in order to create digital folders and saving RFP per company procedures • Save bid docs (drawings, sketch or markups) in appropriate folder • Type proposals/change orders in a timely manner • Receive incoming bids via phone and forward to estimating email • Provide support to estimators by arranging site visits (if requested by the customer) and coordinating with estimators • Respond to phone calls/emails in a timely professional manner • Ability to multi-task and to work under time constraints • Have great customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills. • Proficient knowledge of MS Office: specifically Excel and Word • Attention to detail • Ability to self-perform all duties with little guidance. • Excellent time management, organization and communication skills required • Effective organization and communication skills.
