Description

• Employ Arootah's onboarding process and proprietary tools and technology to ensure clients' successful transition into our services. • Become an expert on Arootah’s tools and coaching/advisory platform in order to provide effective guidance and troubleshooting to clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for Arootah's clients, which comprises both individuals and organizations, maintaining positive client relationships. • Provide personalized onboarding and success support to clients, addressing their specific needs. • Assist clients in remaining accountable to their objectives, providing motivation, encouragement, and guidance throughout their journey. • Monitor client satisfaction through feedback surveys and develop actionable improvement plans based on client feedback. • Brainstorm and implement better ways to collect feedback and support clients effectively. • Act as a client advocate within the company, bringing back feedback on our processes and tools to our Software Development Team and other relevant departments. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure they are aware of client needs and feedback. • Work closely with the Sales team to create and deliver effective upselling pitches and client retention campaigns. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, including challenges and successes. • Be proactive in outlining and consistently improving the client journey across different verticals and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in client onboarding and client success within a startup environment, with a track record of successful outcomes • Proven experience in client services for both individuals and organizations • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meaningful conversations • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and tailor support approaches accordingly • Proficient with HubSpot CRM and tracking client journeys • Knowledge of coaching principles and practices • Holding a relevant coaching credential or certification is a plus • HR or coaching background is a significant advantage
