Description

•Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects •Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action •Perform 50+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time •Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers •Schedule qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales •Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career •Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis •Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

Requirements

•Adaptable, personable, persistent •At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus •Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to multitask •Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures •Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills •Identify with our Core Behaviors owners, empathetic, gritty, curious, and humble
