â˘Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects â˘Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action â˘Perform 50+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time â˘Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers â˘Schedule qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales â˘Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career â˘Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis â˘Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
â˘Adaptable, personable, persistent â˘At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus â˘Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together â˘Excellent written and verbal communication skills â˘Ability to multitask â˘Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures â˘Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills â˘Identify with our Core Behaviors owners, empathetic, gritty, curious, and humble
