• Lead the development of training content for products • Facilitate training programs • Ensure sales teams are well-prepared • Coordinate with regional trainers • Manage LMS platform • Lead training efforts during product launches • Train sales reps on digital platforms and CRM systems • Stay informed about industry regulations • Collaborate with other training managers or external vendors
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years of overall pharmaceutical industry experience • 3+ years of training / sales leadership experience • Up to 20% travel • Ability to work on-site Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
