Description
• Drive the delivery of technical projects • Manage the end to end lifecycle of programs • Guide and manage usage of Agile methodologies • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leads • Manage dependencies and recommend mitigation plans • Identify and implement process improvements • Streamline execution with external partners • Use influence to drive decision-making
Requirements
• 4+ years of technical product/program/project management experience • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams, across multiple time zones • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday or Asana • Agile certification required • A systems thinker, capable of taking a data-driven approach to problem solving and process improvement • A track record of communicating effectively and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams • A track record of fostering accountability among stakeholders
