• SoFi seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead our Bank and Money product development teams. • Manage and deliver complex technical projects that drive product offerings. • This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader with experience managing large-scale programs. • Work across multiple cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, compliance, and security.
Requirements
• BS Degree in computer science • 8+ years of technical program management experience • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year fintech projects from inception to delivery. • Strong technical background, with experience in financial technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority. • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup or corporate fintech environment
