• At Peloton, we view Platform as a Product. • A key to crafting a great platform is data-driven insights. • We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive planning, project execution, and development of large-scale, cross-team initiatives. • You will lead many exciting projects, ranging from helping us move to a microservices architecture to implementing best-in-class offerings.
Requirements
• Creative technical problem-solving with proven agile planning • Experience managing major incidents and post-incident reviews • Experience with capacity planning • Experience working with large distributed systems in critical production service environments • Experience in event/incident/problem/change management • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence • Familiarity with tools and best practices around developer tools, core infrastructure, or data • Platform-thinking and a customer-centric mindset
