Description
•The Program Manager will collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, and Operations. •Oversee the execution of several simultaneous customer program/accounts while meeting contract objectives.
Requirements
•Strategic planning and execution of multiple programs related to military and telecom customers. •Establish and develop performance, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction metrics. •Ability to lead cross-functional teams across different departments by delegating tasks. •Interface with Supply Chain and external suppliers to create material readiness programs. •Gather and document voice of the customer input to drive continuous improvement. •Regularly host customers onsite and via teleconference, ensuring commitments are delivered upon. •Ownership of customer scorecard metrics with the ability to drive improvement across departments. •Lead efforts to provide thorough CAPA reports related to technical quality issues. •Work with QA to institute failsafe methods for prevention of issues. •Identify new product and account opportunities and compile quote information on competitive products. •Respond to requests for quotes, providing detailed price quotes on prospective business opportunities. •Monitor the results of sales activities against planned objectives. •Build long-term relationships within assigned customer accounts.
