Description

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of systems utilized by the US Customer Service Team • Verify Zowie system issues reported by team members and escalate them if necessary • Monitor Zowie performance and identify system abnormalities • Add and update chatbot content on the platform as needed • Handle data removal and spam requests • Assist with the setup and maintenance of the Zowie platform • Assist with updating and maintaining procedures • Update agents' availability in Calendly • Assist with Salesforce-related requests • Collaborate with the Ops team to ensure updates on process changes • Participate in projects and initiatives as needed to support the CS team

Requirements

• Very good written and verbal command of English (min. B2+) • Familiarity with Zowie and Salesforce at a user level • Knowledge of Booksy application • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports • Strong problem-solving skills to handle disputes and escalations • Result-oriented mindset
