Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial coordination within the asset management industry or a similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively in both languages. • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
