• Develop great relationships and build trust with your clients • Support and participate in strategic processes with Directors • Define and plan project workstreams, assumptions, and deliverables • Manage client billing and invoicing • Lead the execution of integrated healthcare marketing campaigns
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, pharma advertising, medical communications, public relations, consulting or life sciences) • Experience with developing cross channel assets, familiarity with Veeva a plus • Client relationship management experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Superior organization skills and exacting attention to detail • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Familiarity with project management tools like AirTable, SmartSheet • Disciplined self-starter + team organizer • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment • Attention to detail and proofreading skills • Bachelor's degree (communications, healthcare, science)
