Description

• We are looking for a Defined Contribution Relationship Manager to oversee relationships with Retirement Plan Advisors (RPAs). • This newly created function will allow us to utilize key partnerships to continually improve our client experience and our product. • A successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ year of experience in relationship management, sales, or similar functions within the financial services space • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable discipline • Proven track record of developing and managing successful B2B client relationships • Knowledge of retirement plan products, advisory services, and recordkeeping landscape • Excellent communications skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an adaptable start-up mindset • Ability to travel, up to 10%
