Description

• Proven track record and success in conceptualizing and executing deep, strategic partnerships in ad tech/programmatic • Identify key strategic partners and new business opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key prospects, stakeholders, and industry leaders • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefit and drive revenue growth • Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate new leads • Leverage current network to generate business development opportunities • Advocate for Cognitiv with future partners and work closely with our product team to guide successful product integration with Cognitiv’s platforms • Lead the negotiation and closure of strategic deals, contracts, and partnerships that drive against business goals, fuel revenue generation and contribute to Cognitiv’s growth. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of BD initiatives. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities, adapting the business development strategy accordingly • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partners and opportunities • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the broader team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Meeting quarterly revenue sales targets

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development or sales experience in marketing, ad tech, and advertising research • Experience selling into media, marketing, and insight leaders in various verticals • Revenue growth driving experience and experience bringing new products to market • The ability to build strong consultative relationships with clients • Must be a self-starter
