Description

• The Director of Sales Enablement is an essential member of the go-to-market organization, responsible for leading the sales enablement function and driving strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales teams. • This role oversees the development and execution of programs that equip sales professionals with the tools, resources, skills and knowledge needed to excel, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer success. • The Director of Sales Enablement collaborates closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market demands.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related GTM work experience • 5+ years working in Sales/GTM enablement • Proven experience leading and scaling a sales enablement function • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM systems
