• Seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive sales in the healthcare sector. • Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams. • Leverage referral partners and cold calling to build a sales pipeline. • Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients. • Actively seek and acquire new clients through diverse channels. • Demonstrate a hunter mentality, pursuing new market opportunities. • Successfully achieve quota targets using a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas. • Proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and closing deals for healthcare solutions and services. • Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire healthcare (provider) new logos. • Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions. • Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking. • Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
