Description

• Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7 text-based mental health support • The Business Development team is responsible for supporting the financial sustainability of the organization • As Partnerships Manager, you will provide best-in-class account management to a portfolio of corporate partners • You will lead efforts in converting and managing new smaller corporate partners

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a partnerships account management or business development role focused on corporations or social impact partnerships. • Excellent relationship manager with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experienced in pitching, writing proposals, and creating presentation materials that align with partners’ strategic goals. • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to deliver on partners’ needs in a timely manner with minimal supervision. • Creative, collaborative, and skilled at multitasking and prioritization. • Reliable High-Speed Internet Required: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.
