• Generate revenue for the Commercial Accounts business • Own and manage your book of business by acquiring net new clients & inactive accounts
• Entrepreneurial, disciplined and results-driven, start-up mentality • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers with an ability to sell solutions to customers • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Detail-oriented • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce • Energetic and self-motivated and show an ability to work independently • Experience selling to technical recruitment teams inside commercial organizations is highly desirable • SaaS sales experience is a plus
