Description

• Own the pipeline, bookings, and proposals held goal • Manage sales team with 4 direct reports • Develop outbound sales practices by AEs • Attend and lead 10+ private events and 10+ conferences annually • Work directly with the CEO on sales calls

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agency sales leadership • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing • Brilliant strategist and a truly T-shaped marketer • Sophisticated executive who understands finance, buying centers, enterprise selling, events, and working alongside agency operations
