Description
• Schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend offers of employment • Support the employment function as a resource for employees and applicants regarding open positions, selection processes, and general HR information • Process position requisitions, applications, resumes, and internal job postings • Utilize an applicant tracking system to track applicant and statistics • Administer pre-employment testing, check references, and verify licenses/certifications • Partner with division representatives and follow up with candidates • Continually improve automation of employment function using current technology • Develop and utilize recruitment strategies • Coordinate events and attend job fairs as required • Manage criminal background check process • Participate in Company recruitment and retention efforts
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience working within a high-volume staffing agency, nursing agency, hospital or other healthcare facility • Ability to engage job seekers and clients • Ability to present information and make recommendations effectively in oral and written form • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines • Demonstrate good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well-organized
