• Own end to end strategy and day-to-day management of paid social (Meta and TikTok), as well as select secondary or experimental channels • Craft and drive a strategy that delivers on both volume and efficiency goals across multiple business lines and verticals at varying degrees of maturity and scale • Execute the growth levers across creative, testing, audience segmentation, and account structure that deliver against ambitious growth goals–and drive cross-functional buy-in and alignment from stakeholders within a matrixed organization who are key to the success of the channels you manage • Uplevel and maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly and quarterly • Work closely with the creative team on building hyper-performing creative that captures Everlywell’s business lines and customer set, while leveraging best practices on native platform creative. • Own and drive an iterative, hypothesis-driven testing roadmap encompassing creative, landing pages, audience targeting and other criteria • Drive innovation and automation within platforms to drive top line sales growth from new customers • Partner internally with analyst to drive data insights and action on key learnings • Manage reporting exercises that leverage first and third party data insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in growth marketing with specialization in paid social • Proven expert at driving growth through paid channels, including paid social, with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets • Strong familiarity with ROAS and CAC driven optimization • Passionate about both the analytical and creative underpinnings of growth marketing–with demonstrable experience bringing them together to drive growth goals for consumer organizations • Able to partner with internal creative teams and external creative agencies on a creative roadmap, leveraging creative hypotheses, competitive behavior, and ongoing performance insights to continually test and optimize paid social channels • Experience and facility with growth fundamentals, including testing frameworks and tools • You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer’s wants and needs • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy • Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, etc. • Familiarity with testing platforms like VWO and Optimizely is a plus • Strong communicator both up and down • Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
