Description

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with Factored’s goals. • Culture & Engagement: Act as Factored’s biggest fan and ambassador, fostering a people-first culture. • Organizational Design/Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. • Talent Management: Lead strategies for talent development and performance management. • People Operations: Propose and implement processes and policies to support the People Team. • Employee Relation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and manage employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field required. • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR or similar certifications are preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture leadership roles with People strategy, culture, employee experience and engagement, talent management, HR operations, etc. • Experience working in a multinational environment, influencing distributed teams. • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
