Description

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement a vision and strategy for talent management and employee experience. • Oversee all talent management efforts including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, total rewards and employee experience. • Forecast and plan future staffing needs in collaboration with leadership based on organizational goals and initiatives. • Collaborate with the recruitment consultant to develop effective recruitment strategies and execute high quality, bias-free recruitment processes. • Assess, update, and execute onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and total rewards processes. • Collect and analyze employee feedback to assess organizational culture, employee engagement, and DEI effectiveness. • Lead the design and implementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being. • Design and implement learning and development programs that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience including 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources and operations management. • Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, leadership development, and process optimization strategies. • Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable federal, state and city employment and labor laws. • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust, foster collaboration, and maintain productive partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving organizational goals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively. • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. • Ability to navigate and influence diverse organizational cultures, fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
