Description
• Coordinate routine user access review (UAR) and privileged access review (PAR) campaigns for all on FanDuel. • Gather, organize, and present metrics to stakeholders of the UAR/PAR campaigns. • Create, update, and maintain documentation associated with the IGA program at FanDuel. • Develop easy-to-understand communication and training materials for UAR/PAR campaigns • Work with stakeholders to intake feedback on the UAR/PAR process, answer questions, and provide assistance in all manners of IGA operations. • Identify areas of opportunity for automation, self-service, and innovation.
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in access operations, compliance analysis, or identity and access management • Experience in access operations or identity and access management • Experience in data analysis and metrics gathering • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional presence and demeanor • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels in an organization • Understanding of financial services technical environment is preferred • Project management experience preferred • Ability to work under pressure with a positive mindset • Basic scripting skills are a plus • Basic knowledge of MYSQL is a plus
