• Independent management of sales pipeline and driving quota attainment • Sourcing and closing fintech prospects for automating Capital Markets operations • Preparing written, verbal, and visual sales collateral to support sales deals • Helping extend existing Sales playbook to ensure smooth headcount growth and a repeatable sales process • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to inform a product roadmap • Growing the Finley Sales team through job candidate interviews, mentoring new team members, and documenting standard operating procedures
• Experience selling B2B SaaS in the $20-$60k ARR range • Understanding of financial documentation and terms • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a complex sales cycle • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams • Experience with designing for the long-term • Willingness to recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
