Description

• Identify, qualify, and sell agency & advertiser prospects on the value of Firsthand • Support new and existing business, create an actionable plan for account prioritization • Take Firsthand’s AI agent platform and solutions to market • Establish and grow relationships with key agencies and advertisers • Assess potential business deals through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnerships • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase Firsthand’s visibility and connect with new clients • Maintain adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through Firsthand's CRM • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales • Develop proficiency in Firsthand products/technology and understand how they fit within the advertising ecosystem • Collaborate closely with company leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience selling to advertisers & agencies • Ability to grasp new technologies and understand how best to take them to market • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push expectations • Comfortable taking ownership of projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work individually and collaboratively • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment • Strong and demonstrable work ethic
