Description

• Lead and expand the US sales team, setting strategic direction and driving exceptional performance to exceed sales targets • Oversee various verticalized and specialized sales departments (Sports, Life Entertainment, Venues and Organizations) • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and progression of sales opportunities from inception to closure • Cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing vivenu's market presence and penetration in the US • Coach, mentor, and develop the US sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement • Ensure the availability and quality of sales collateral and tools to effectively engage with the market • Collaborate closely with the global leadership team and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders at vivenu to align on strategies, share insights, and leverage best practices • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives

Requirements

• Holds an MBA or equivalent advanced degree • Boasts a proven track record as an individual contributor for 4-5 years in a customer-facing role • Has served as a sales leader for at least 3 years, demonstrating the ability to exceed sales quotas and drive a team to exceptional performance • Possesses experience in managing large projects in complex environments with multiple stakeholders • Shows proven experience in leading by example and fostering a high-performance culture • Exhibits a high-energy coaching mentality, prepared to mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement • (Preferrably) brings experience from a tier 1 consulting firm, big tech, or a high-growth startup • Is willing to go the extra mile and takes pride in their work
